The fourth week at CareStack was filled with product and technical training sessions throughout the entire week. The week seemed shorter than usual due to a much-anticipated holiday on the last day. This provided a perfect opportunity for many of us to visit our homes, spending quality time with family and friends.

This week mainly consisted of product training sessions, which proved to be a valuable learning experience for me. I felt like I gained a deeper understanding of the product’s functionalities and use cases. However, we were also informed that there were only a few product sessions left, and we might not have any further opportunities for product training. This realization has motivated me to put significant effort into understanding the product better, as I recognize that it will be crucial for my journey at CareStack.

There was only a single technical session this week. The technical session covered the fundamentals of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and was pretty straightforward. I felt that the topics were very familiar. Following the session, we had an assessment to test our understanding of the DBMS basics. Meanwhile, throughout the week, we continued working diligently on the banking application assignment, which had been assigned to us the previous week. Collaborating with my peers, engaging in discussions, and tackling the challenges of the assignment were some of the most enjoyable moments of this week.

I had managed to complete reading the book “The Creative Act: A Way of Being” by Rick Rubin, although it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. Besides that, I also tried my hand at playing table tennis. At first, I felt a bit intimidated as I was not familiar with the rules of the game. However, I decided to give it a try, realizing that practice would be the key to improvement.

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a month since I joined CareStack. As I settle into a new routine for my daily life, I have become more accustomed to the dynamic environment at CareStack. The experiences of the past month have been both challenging and rewarding, and I’m excited to see how the upcoming month unfolds.
